Packaging Project

These pictures show a project we managed in North Carolina. The company makes foam board and they wanted a packaging system that would reduce damage, numbers of staff, and how hard the staff had to work physically.

There were problems like a fire wall in the way so we cut slots in it, fitted a fire shutter above, conveyered the board to the other side of the wall and packed it there.

We designed the system, selected and purchased the equipment and managed the installation using only their own unskilled labour force.

The job was delivered on time and within budget.
